also, however, can see it through the eyes of a buyer. It may seem cluttered, dated or "not their style." Staging helps depersonalize your space so buyers can see themselves living
there. It also helps by furniture editing or rearranging to show off the square footage. Also, it can add that all important curb appeal to get buyers out of the car and into your home.
How much does it cost?
Usually less than a price reduction! We offer several levels of service from consultation for the do-it-yourselfers to full staging
for those that want to leave it to the pros. Consultations start at $150 and full staging is a percent of the selling price. Terms are liberal and the fee may not be due until closing!
Why stage?
Statistics show that staged homes are on the market for about half the time and sell at a 10-15% higher price. The increase in the selling price more than covers the fee so you walk away with
more equity. Home builders have known for years that "model homes" sell houses. Take the cue from these pro's. The question really should be, why not stage?
