In addition to a consultation, redesign service actually means
bringing in the team to rearrange your own furnishings. Considerations include showing off square footage by editing, creating a focal point, improving traffic flow and defining each
room to its advantage. The four room fee is $450 but may increase if extra large or heavy items require more staff.
Designer Touches
If you need a little more than redesign, many design items are
available for a rental fee. These are the touches used to make the difference and create that "you want to live here" look.
Staging
Full staging includes color consultation, upgrade advice on your homes existing appliances and fixtures and the use of our professionally selected home furnishings and accessories. This process creates higher
profits and is a turnkey service. The fee is a percent of the selling price and terms can be negotiated. Statistically, furnished homes sell for more. It's that simple.
